"Great property with excellent staff when paid as a package. But encounter different experiences and higher price for additional private tour at Concierge. Disappointed by lack of knowledgeable tour guide. Felt ripped off for lack of quality control. "

"On expedia is notes that we could get a complimentary room upgrade however the hotel noted that we could do the upgrade but it would costs us. As we wanted to upgrade from a room without a balcony to a room with a balcony, we paid regardless. Otherwise the staff was amazing and very accommodating, breakfast was great, the rooms are very clean and a it is in a superb location. You are very close to the walkway of the marina and there is so much to do in the area. Would come back here again the next time I am in Dubai!"

"Very good location for a night layover. Perfect shuttle service every 30 minutes worked out really well for us. The hotel staff was very attentive to our needs and made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend for a long layover stay."
