"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). "Overall the cleanliness and noisiness of this place was poor. There were no blinds to block out the light. The shared bathroom was poorly cleaned. "The location is good. We saw one cockroach in the unit and another giant one in the building. The unit generally needs an upgrade and modernization. Curtains could have been better. We were 3, incl. 2 teenagers, and the unit felt good up to 2 guests only. It was really tight esp as each of us had luggages."
