"Great room service. Super clean towels- no odor. Provided with lots of stuff like toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, slippers, shaver etc. Small room but maintained very well. Location close to train stations. There are 2 seven elevens nearby & one lawson store. 24/7 ramen shop at 2 blocks. Hotel price is on expensive side."

Improvement suggestions

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "

Great Hotel in Kabukicho

"I booked the double room which was spotless. Room is tiny but the bathroom made up for it. I enjoyed the shower and tub. The window is small if you're claustrophobic. They do offer daily housekeeping. Plenty of taxis at the lobby and near the restaurants. Shinjuku Station is about 10 min walk. Overall, we had a great stay."
