"The hotel staff are excellent and prioritize a luxury feel. We had a massive suite that was very good size and if you stay in a room that has access to the club floor, the views are remarkable. The only detail that I wasn’t a fan of was the hotel is 17 years old and a lot of it looks and feels like something that was done and relevant 17 years ago, so it has a bit of vintage feel, if you like that."

"I've stayed here three times now because the location is great and I love love love the onsen on the ground floor! Yes, even in the summer when it's super hot. The rooms could be a bit bigger but my only real gripe is that there is just one elevator; if the hotel is fully booked, you can wait a while, especially during the afternoons when cleaning staff need it and shortly before 10am, when everyone is trying to check out. Otherwise, highly recommend. "

"This property is geared towards business travel. There is currently a lot of construction happening nearby on three different sites so it’s a bit congested walking directly around the hotel. The breakfast is quite expensive at the hotel so we had convenience store breakfasts. There are about 10 close by! The pillows were a bit old and the towels and blanket were not very thick or soft but they did the job. The room itself was very quiet and cool with the air conditioner. The humidifier was also...
