My brother and I had an incredible time and the service was second to none. With wonderful views and an amazing set of hot spring baths, this is truly a place worth visiting. I look forward to coming back again soon.

両親と子供と泊まりました
チェックアウト後に、みんなでお見送りをしてくれました。 最近では、お見送りをしてくれるのは珍しいと思っていましたので、お客さんを大切にしているのだなと感じました。 ２歳児も一緒だったのですが、子供にも優しく、また泊まりたいと思いました。

飯店有提供定點定時的往返JR會津若松站接駁服務，很貼心! 入住時遇到一位年紀稍長的歐吉桑櫃台人員，雖然英文不太好，但看得出來他很盡力地想讓我們了解飯店的用心!稍後在我們打算去餐廳吃晚餐時又在大廳遇到他，他馬上帶著另一位較年輕的女同事走向我們並向我們致歉，說他英文不好無法完整解說飯店的一切，希望我們有問題的話可以跟這位會講英文的服務人員詢問! 好用心又有禮貌的歐吉桑阿! 實在太可愛了!! 飯店所有的房間都擁有超美的翠綠山嵐美景，雖然設施有點簡單老舊，但整體還是很舒服的! 飯店還有2處公共大浴場，景色都很優美!! 飯店的晚餐有2種，一種是懷石料理，另一種就是吃到飽的形式，自助式晚餐菜色十分豐富，很美味! 但自助式早餐相形之下就比較遜色一些。晚餐過後還有邀請房客一起搗麻糬的餘興活動，還有免費的麻糬可吃! 很棒!!

大内宿観光に便利
夕朝食ともバイキングで好きな物を選択出来るため便利。露天風呂も大きく大変良かったです。昔ながらの中居さんの対応は今時珍しく、好感が持てます。出発時には車の見送りもしてくれました。

流石の老舗旅館
高校の同級生の還暦の旅行で宿泊させていただきました。 団体が入る前だったので、スムーズにチェックインができました。 午後4時からロビーから半階下がったところの踊り場での三味線の演奏、優雅なひとときでした。 食事は、バイキングスタイルでした。一人半身のカニが提供され、魚、肉ともに味付け最高でした。
