"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

"Likes: Interesting breakfast with the option for in-room dining. Beautiful minimalist design. Good size rooms. Environmentally conscious. Friendly staff and service. Onsen. Washing machines, vending machines, microwave, ice maker. Dislikes: Lack of parking (but understandable in a big city). Lots of noisy kids running up and down the corridor late at night after 10.30pm. Lots of kids in the onsen with parents/adults shouting at them to behave. Maybe a special floor for young children...

"Overall it’s good. Nice bar and sauna, efficient check in and out. Good vibes. But rooms are a bit small. We had a corner room which has excellent view but the bed is in the middle of the room, making a small room with even less room to walk around. The wooden bed frame is way too big for a small room and we have to be very cautious when we are in the room to avoid hitting our toes. Also the lightning is bad. "Can't praise it enough! Was clean, comfortable, in a great location, affordable with great room facilities. Breakfast is a little odd, but is good regardless (included breaky is always good). Currently at my next hotel and it's nowhere near as good :( my standards started high thanks to At Inn Toyota!"

"Great central location. It’s a business hotel, but they accommodated our family of 4 really well so we could all stay in one room. Loved the location near the beautiful central square, near restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. We could hear trains on our side of the hotel but we expected it because our booking was train view and we didn’t mind it. "
