Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use. "We are a family of 8 Adults n 2 kids (4 n 6yo). The property is clean and well equipped with utensils and crokeries. We enjoyed cooking our meals there. "I was disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the room for the price. It was rather worn. Additionally the air conditioning was not strong and could not be adjusted with a thermostat. Probably the worst thing was that even though it was a non-smoking room there was a faint smell of stale smoke and part of the carpet had a very bad smell too."

"駅出てすぐのため、夜遅めの到着でも安心。コンビニも50Mくらい先にありました。素泊まりだったので、お食事は分からず。徒歩5〜10分くらいで飲食店が多いエリアに行けます。大浴場も夜通し空いているのでありがたい。フロントが3階のため、夜だったせいか、入り口がちょっとだけ分かりにくかったです。また旭川に行くことがあれば、必ずまたここで予約を取ると思います！"

"The mixed gender outdoor hot spring with swim wear provided was excellent. Our room had a mini zen garden inside, and we fell asleep to the sound of the river behind the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets provided ample options, including a make your own hotpot for one. A great place to relax and spend the night after exploring Kurodake ropeway and the surrounding portion of Daisetsuzan National Park."

"This was a great hotel and the staff were excellent.We have really good service from everyone, but one of the reception desk team was extremely helpful and provided excellent service to us, her name is, Kaori Motohashi. Kaori helped us sort out a parking ticket issue, her English is excellent and she is a credit to your hotel. "

"It was a very busy time, lots of people checking in. Despite that, all staff very helpful and accommodating to foreign travellers. Hotel close to boulevard with many restaurants and coffee shops. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Loved walking around in Japanese style PJ’s. Highly recommend!"
