"This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. "We had a great stay, room was comfortable. Great location, walkable to the malecon / centro. awesome staff; very pleasant & helpful, especially Ricardo. Restaurant was convenient, though lacked in service for our experience. There's lots of stairs, so the constant up n' down can take a toll. Overall, we do recommend this hotel and would return. "

"The place was a little difficult for cab driver from the airport to find, but once we arrived everything was perfect! It was very conveniently located, had all of the amenities to cook and hangout at the villa, beautiful views, and it was extremely clean. We will most likely stay here again when we come back to Zihuatanejo."
