We were very hapoy to stay at Alajuela City Hotel and Guest House on Feb 16th. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast were very tasty. We will visit there again if we come to Costa Rica again.

After a late night arrival due to our delayed plane ride, we were treated with kindness and patience in the wee hours of the morning. Bathroom needs work. Shower faucet should be replaced. Toilet leaks at the base. Toilet seat doesn't stay up. Thermost not adjustable. Poolside hot tub not heated. Quatro restaurant. Not a good experience...
