"This basement apartment is new, modern and on a quiet street with parking however that is where the positives end. We have never been more frustrated staying somewhere. "Its a nice place , very close to airport, well furnished and although there is no receptionist the chat online is good. The bed is good too. There are a few reasons we did not score 10 /10. 1) the toilet seat was broken and it was slipping off the toilet when one sat on it. An old person may for sure hurt themselves. We had an issue with shared home, and she came immediately and handled in person and told me not to hesitate to call her, no matter what the time, she would come back to resolve issues. "Very unusual. It is actually a fully fitted apartment and very nicely done. The area is a bit run down but looks to be improving as lots of work going on. Convenient to airport. Guy runs a taxi firm so he has to fit in your arrival and departure around his fares. Had to wait at arrival and pickup to go to airport next morning. On arrival was shown the bare minimum so we spent a lot of time finding out stuff. A book would have helped. Overall a reasonable stop."

"What a lovely place! Used the shuttle service- was a bit expensive but worth it! Easy and safe, we felt taken care of. We got in early enough for dinner, which had a fee, but was also worth it, and delicious. Breakfest was light and perfect start to the day. We stayed one night, also they had cats and a dog on property, made it so cozy. "
