"Sebastian at the front desk found a room dor me even though they were filly booked due to a nearby conference when I called in a panic because the other hotel I had booked was unsafe and infested with roaches! I was traveling alone and didn't know where to go. The staff made sure I got checked in with them and that I had everything I needed. The hotel was perfect and clean and safe. Springhill is the only place I'll stay anytime I travel to Dallas from now on!"
