The property is close to a walking trail that leads to shopping and restaurants. Area seems safe. Bathroom was very compact. There was no VIP status like room upgrade or discount with the restaurant. Has an adequate fitness center without amenities like filter water or fruit that are usually provided by better hotels.

Loved the property and the vibe! Our room was very comfortable. And even with the hotel being near the highway, it wasn’t noisy. We slept really well! Parking was great. Location was also a short drive to Greenville, Deep Ellum, and the Dallas Farmers Market. Front desk staff was OK - they kept chatting among themselves so it took a while to get anyone’s attention. Otherwise, this hotel is VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The hotel staff was professional and the rooms were neat and clean. However, there was a problem with the Internet connection at the hotel. We tried streaming via the television in the room, and received so many era codes. After about 2 hours, we called the tech customer service and they were professional and helpful, nevertheless the problem still could not be resolved although they tried to reach the hotel. The tech issue was the hotels, and they could not be reached on a Friday evening. So we were unable to watch our holiday movies.
