Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! "Helpful, clean, comfortable, affordable hotel with free transport to and from BUR airport (ask the front desk about it). They let you print out your events tickets and boarding passes, check emails for free on their lobby computer. The Cuban place in the lobby had delicious food. We stayed here after a family funeral, and visited universal studios. It was perfect for what we needed."

"Property staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Where some hotels would charge extra for accommodation this staff goes out of their way. Traveled with the family for this stay but would feel safe traveling alone. Would book again."

"I was really impressed with the convenience and cleanliness of this hotel. We enjoyed the covered parking even though we walked and took the shuttle to Universal Studios. On the Internet, some mentioned that it wasn’t close to anything, but we drove easily to Griffith Park Griffith, Observatory stars walk of fame Price is right and felt it was very easy and close."

"I loved staying at Hotel Burbank. The room was so relaxing and comfortable that I actually had the best sleep I've had in years! Bed, pillows and sheets were soft and clean. The air flow was great with the ability to adjust the temperature so that you can have the perfect temperature in your room. In addition, the staff were so pleasant and kind. I have to especially do a shout out to Jeremy (and the person who originally checked me in - I don't know his name... he was so great too!). And Jeremy went above and beyond to help me out. While out in Los Angeles, I had my wallet stolen (not in Burbank) and Jeremy did everything he could to help me. I hope he gets many and ample bonuses because not only is he professional, but he is also kind and aware. And really contributed to my stay being fantastic. Thank you so much! I have so much gratitude for you all. And I will be back. :)"
