"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were really friendly and relaxed, the room in the main building was fine, the grounds are magnificent, the swimming pool massive and the restaurant superb. Only two small gripes. "When we arrived at the property we had so many questions about the area! The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions with great patience. We only stayed for 1 night, but wish we had booked for more nights. We toured Siena during the day, but came back to the property for a beautiful sunset and dinner. "Het is een mooie plek met prachtig uitzicht. Qua inrichting is het een beetje Spartaans, maar de sfeer maakt veel goed. Wij hadden aan appartement op de 1e verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht. Elke ochtend hing er een zak met een lekker ontbijt aan onze deur. Het zwembad is heel fijn. En het huis ligt in een dorp met een warme bakker, supermarkt en meerdere restaurants. Je kunt prima fietsen in de omgeving. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf hier."

"The host is excellent, the property is wonderful, spacious parking for six vehicles inside an anient iron and brick fence, ancient house with gorgeous and spacious interior, high ceilings, balcony with a spectacular view of the Tuscany countryside, and a fourteen minute drive from paid parking in the historic city center of Siena. "Superb views from room and breakfast area. Air conditioned room with comfortable beds. Room size, however, was very compact for a family of 4. We found the step into the bathroom concerning as using the bathroom during the night when in a semi-conscious state, 2 of our party had stumbles. The staff were very attentive and always friendly. The room was very clean. Plenty of safe parking available within grounds"

"Pietro was excellent, he made sure we had everything we needed. In the Expedia description it said we would have a microwave, oven top and kettle. When we arrived we had a kettle. Pietro immediately got us a microwave that was also an oven. He supplied us with plates, bowls and cutlery. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. "We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great.
