"The hotel is centrally located with easy access to travel around the city by Taxi, Metro and other local transport. The Reception staff is very professional and the check-in and check-out process was hassle free. It’s my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit the city. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant are also friendly and attentive to Guests needs. Overall a pleasant experience as always and will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful property."

"Overall the rooms themselves are quite nice, I was upgraded to a residence suite that was nice. I did have a look at the luxury room and it seemed a but muggy and dirty, but the room I was in was really great! The main problem with this hotel is actually the design. It's in a sort of U shape so if you have an inner room, you open the window curtains and you're basically looking into other people's rooms, so there is pretty limited privacy. "The property is an old place. Old worn out towel, only one towel. No toilet paper. AC was leaking and water was falling on the bed. I had to call in to get it fixed. The floor tiles are worn out and broken. It looks like 1920's facility. Tons of problems. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the courteous staff.
