Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. We had a great time there. Claudia was very nice!. She gave us towels for the beach after we checked out and we were able to shower."

"It is a beautiful building, some people would find the lack of WIFI in the rooms as a negative, it didn’t bother me too much, the place was clean but it lacked a/c or fans, and you couldn’t leave the windows open because there were wasp around, it didn’t have hand soap but everything else was fine "
"The area is amazing. The place was large enough for the five of us, two parents traveling with three teenagers. The air-conditioning worked great.
The only thing I did not like was the swimming in Vernazza…. Kind of murky and smelly. But, the apartment is awesome.

"Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Could not be more convenient to the train and the waterfront. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Occasionally it could be noisy, as it’s on the hiking path, but it quiets down in the evening. It’s very small and there’s nowhere to hang wet coats/clothes after a rainy day, but hopefully most people enjoy it in good weather! "
"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "The property is conveniently located, but it is extremely small. I couldn’t even turn around in the shower. Also, it is very noisy. On one of the days we stayed there, there was a concert right below the unit’s balcony and it lasted very late during the night, which made it very hard for us to sleep. "

"This is a beautiful former monastery high up above Monterosso. You need to contact the hotel in advance to make a shuttle reservation and they will pick you up near the train station. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar. Most of the other guests were hikers from the trail between towns. We sat outside at sunset with a glass of wine, admiring the beautiful view. While there’s no Wi-Fi or AC in the rooms in the main building, it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. There were large windows we opened to let in the breeze. We stayed with our college age kids who loved the location."
