Parking has a fee too but it's ok compared to the other parking areas. Since the location very near Cliffton Hill we don't need to bring a car. All the places we wanted to go were all walkable. "

"Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!"

"I’d stay here again. I chose this hotel because of the free parking. The rooms are average, and a bit rough looking but not at all dirty. The pool and lobby are nice, and the walk to the falls was great. Plus it was a nice surprise that we could see the New Year’s Eve fire works show from our room!"
