"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this...

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"Beautiful old antep property, a quiet setting close to the bazar, restaurants etc. Car parking is a real challenge if your driving, the streets are very narrow to reach their otopark, however the staff are excellent and where able to take control of our car after we had abandoned it in a safe place after our first failed attempt to drive there. All in all a lovely stay with excellent staff and a good breakfast also. "

"First time visiting this hotel and I got impressed. The hotel is convenient located in the old city of Mardin. The staff is very helpful. The offers a dinner and a love show with an extra charge. "A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. Sanliurfa Double Tree by Hilton Hotel - 👌

"Highly recommend. We stayed here for 6 nights while discovering the history of Sanliurfa travelling from the UK. The reception ladies welcomed us with warm cookies and a superb connecting room. We received a great service as staff were very helpful in our tourism pursuit from calling taxis to offering a local tourism map. We also had access to the pool, sauna & the gym at no additional cost while also offered a 10% discount for the hotel spa treatments. The room cleanliness was great too. The breakfast and pillows could be improved. However the the big chef restaurant is the best & a must try. This hotel is situated close to the GAP airport and local historical sites (the place of patience Hz. Eyyub Sabir Makami, the cave of Abraham & the sacred fish etc). To top it off a local mosque whereby the call of prayer can be heard which made our stay that extra more worthwhile staying here. Thank you!"
