"Öncelikle çalışan personele teşekkür etmek isterim cok ilgiliydiler ve bize cok yardımcı oldular. Odalar gerçekten cok küçüktü ailece kalmak için uygun değil ama çift olarak gittiğimiz için bize yeterliydi. Banyo tuvalet aynı yerde olması ve odadan içerisinin gözükmesi rahatsız edici bir durum.Ayrıca odaya ütü de yoktu,olsa güzel olurdu.Ama otelin konumu Eski Mardinde oluşu,Müzeye,çarşıya,Kiliseye 1 dk lık yürüme mesafesinde olması,Mardin’in o güzel taş sokaklarının içinde oluşu bizim rahatça...

"Sahipleri samimi, ödemeyi nakit veya iban ile tercih ediyorlar. Yanlardaki odadan sesler gelebiliyor. Lakin otel sahiplerine bilgi verirseniz uyarıyorlar. "

"A notre arrivée sur place, réservations annulées !(3 nuitées). La dame de la réception n'était vraiment pas amène L'adresse de l'hôtel sur le site n'est pas l'abonné ( on s'est retrouvés à l'autre bout de la ville au milieu de rien).Bref on s'est retrouvés à la rue à 19h lors d'un week-end de vacances nationales ."

"We booked this as it stated that there was a full kitchen available. However, much to our dismay, there were no utensils in the kitchen and the reception told us that the kitchen stove was not functioning due to no pipes available. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the stay was very comfortable. "

"The reception was insistent that we hadn't paid but we had already paid through Expedia. Even the receipt wasn't sufficient to convince them. After half an hour of phone calls and argument he let us pass. The toilet was broken and sprayed water out over the floor when it was flushed. The shower sprayed across the room. In the morning the room service nagged us before checkout."

"This hotel was great. Valet parking and porter to carry luggage. The room was modern and fresh. A plate of fruit and cookies was brought to my room as a welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got a great dinner recommendation from the porter. Lots of variety at breakfast. VIP treatment for a very reasonable room price. "

"6-9 kasım tarihlerinde 3 gece konakladık. Otelin konumu merkezi. Arabanızı otelin önüne çektiğinizde güvenlik kendi otoparklarına bırakıyorlar, konumu itibariyle otoparklarının olması çok güzel. Odamız yeterince büyüklükte ve tertemizdi. İlk gece talihsiz bir şekilde yatağın yan taraf zeminine istifra ettim. Ertesi gün odayı temizleyen Fatoş hanıma özürlerimi ilettim. Anlayışla ve içtenlikle ellerinden geleni yapacaklarını söylediler. Döndüğümüzde oda tertemizdi. Kendisine çok çok teşekkür ediyorum. İçerde diş seti traş seti hariç banyo malzemeleri bulunuyordu. Bence hiltonda olmalı diye düşünüyorum. Bir de koridorlar tiner kokuyordu bizi çok rahatsız etmedi ama nedenini anlayamadım. Kahvaltı hiltona yakısır çeşitlilikte değildi. Daha zengin olabilir diye düsünüyorum. Bunun haricinde çalışanlar çok saygılı nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kesinlikle yeniden tercih ederiz. "
