We had 2 minor issues. 1 shower head, it was one of those older shower heads where you tighten the thumb screws, but eventually the head just hangs down. The other was only one side of the bed had a bedside table, just seemed odd in such a nice hotel "

"While most aspects of the hotel and our room were good, our main complaint was the "hotel perfume" that pervaded the lobby. Even my husband who never notices scents or smells found it to be overpowering. Very unpleasant. Also, we were surprised to find only one chair at the small table in our hotel room which seemed a little odd, with no desk. While the bed and the sheets were good, the bathroom towels were very ordinary - not soft and luxurious like I expected in a Sofitel. "
