"This property was a little tired, particularly the bedroom. The shower was mouldy and needed resealing. The bathroom floor was not mopped all the time we were there. There was a disco in the hotel opposite our room which was loud. There was very little to do in the hotel in the evening. However, the food standard was excellent, but did become a little repetitive. "Luxury hotel. The staff is awesome, the hotel room is clean, housekeeping comes everyday, they knocked on the door in the evening to ask if we needed anything. Worth every dime. I highly recommend it. The Menara Mall is attached to the hotel. You can enter the mall with your room key. A hotel employee is always standing by the mall entrance to open the door for you. The restaurants outside the hotel/mall is delicious. There are several restaurants to choose from, cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings with colorful waterfall. You will not regret staying at this beautiful hotel. They will hold your bags for you after checkout and will let you shower when you pick up your bags after a day of excursions on your last day."
