"We had booked a room with a double bed and they gave us a twin bed. They only half sorted it out. The bed was not very comfortable either. There was a good buffet choice for breakfast. We had booked a room with a balcony. However, we couldn't use it much because of smokers and all the noisy building construction over the road. The hotel is definitely over rated and expensive. "

"The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are lovely. There just needs some more attention to details. I had room 401 and the jacuzzi bath tap kept coming off and you could only fill the tub with the over head shower. The control for the bubbles is also loose and the lock on the outside door is broken. Breakfast at the hotel is very poor, with no 'help your self' option for toast, coffee, tea, juice.... there was nothing and then menu had about 6 things to choose from and you are only...

"Interesting location - the hotel is only on the 9th 10th and 11th floors of the building so dont exoect a majestic front entrance. The elevator to the hotel is inside the lobby and goes up the outside of the building. Once you're there the hotel is excellent. Good rooms, friendly staff and a freat breakfast selection."
