"Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The view of the beach and bridge was amazing. We loved that the beach was right in front of the hotel. However, there were no drawers or enough hangers to hang up our clothes. It was frustrating that our clothes were kept in our suitcases for our 3 days stay. Also, the only mirror was in the bathroom which made it difficult to get ready. They charged us incorrectly when we checked in but did fix their mistake. "

"The location is almost impossible to be any better. The room was HUGE and had the most amazing view. The staff was VERY friendly, helpful and professional from the first encounter at the front desk, to the daily help and cleaning staff, and right up to meeting the owner in person onsite. The front desk and lobby are on the 9th floor which was a little unusual but actually became a positive. They had a GREAT coffee machine that would make amazing americano or espresso each morning before...

"If you have a big party, this place is great. Right in front of the beach. A lot of dining options and many things to do around. Main issues are communicating with the property and difficult parking. Otherwise its a great place."

"It was right on the beach and convenient to everything. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Great location. Incredible view. But the amenities were lacking. Towels were the lowest quality and not enough. Staffing was minimal and they were not available to answer questions. The amenities were the bare minimum. Based on the location, view and the accommodation, one would expect there to be high end toiletries, towels, robes and slippers. "

"We had a great experience at Layers, from beginning to end. It was clean and comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Right off the subway exit so it was super convenient as well. We were 4 girls traveling together, we felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend."
