"Great position there was a bus stop right outside when we got the bus from airport and when you leave bus stop on next block. This was convenient considering the weather. Check in was good we had a room on the twentieth floor overlooking the city which was great to watch the weather roll in. "Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods."

"If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty. "

"The only reason its a 4 out of 5 is because of the nature of the "rooms". I opted for a standard room which is nothing more than a single bed in a cubby in the wall. I knew that when i booked, so it wasnt a problem, but its not what I'd call 5 star accommodation. That said, the staff and common areas were great, the place was clean, and the onsen was great too."
