My meals were excellent as was the service in the dining room and bar. The Sauna/cold plunge experience was exceptional and the coziness of my cabin cannot be paralleled. "The place was very tired and the cleanliness could be improved. I found a the stalk from a buch of grapes by the side of the bed which i was surprised was missed if the floors had supposedly been hoovered!? The ajoining restaurant/pub was good. Great service and food was good (not great but value for money). The maon thing for me was the convenient parking."

"We absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful place and people. The staff were amazing; particularly John and John, who were thoughtful and took care of us the entire time. Rooms were kept very nicely and having the option to do laundry was an added bonus. Skye is a gorgeous place and staying at this hotel only made our experience better. Terrific restaurant, which we spent 2 dinners 3 breakfast’s at. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon"

"I was visiting Arran with my Australian niece and wanted her to fall in love with Scotland. Arran is the place for that (it’s called Scotland in miniature with its mountainous north island and rolling hills of the south). The Glenisle Hotel is back to its best. Years ago it has been great but went downhill after a change of owner. Well, it’s changed hands again, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. "A lovely, clean and modern yet traditional hotel. Customer service is excellent, had two small queries once we arrived however these were fixed immediately. Beds were super comfy, plenty of space in the rooms and we were able to request a twin instead of a double. All but a few hairs the room matched the rest of the hotel in its cleanliness. breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced. location wise it was great, there was a car park although seemed very limited spaces even for winter....

"The kyle hotel is much bigger than I expected. The exterior photos do not do it justice at all. The interior is much nicer although it is in need of investment and updating, such as double glazed windows and modern internal doors. The ensuite bathroom do appear to have been recently refitted.I found this to be a very good base close to the Skye Bridge with a choice of exploring the island of sky or the surrounding mainland areas. "

Overall was a lovely stay and sad to leave. Was planning to return to skye in summer and go camping, however we will likely be staying here again! "

"We LOVED this property and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was a great location to walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and even the water. We had no issues parking and the staff were very friendly as well. It was a quiet place and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend! "
