"This hotel ticks every box when doing a city break! Close to public transport, a great shopping centre, a plethora of eateries nearby. Down a wee street, so still quiet! I was very grateful for the free upgrade & the room was just spotless! Loved the strong shower.l & underfloor heating in bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. Coffee & hot choc very good! Staff were very helpful & friendly in giving advice also. Cannot recommend enough! "

"We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "

"We had a really good stay. Room was a good size and perfectly clean. We had breakfast one morning which was of a good quality. Our only gripe was that we were only offered one key. Reception offered for us to leave with them but that didn’t help when one person went to bed early as it meant we had to bother reception to let us in as our friend had the key in the room after letting himself in.
