"Accessibility was difficult, but property was otherwise fine and staff were very accommodating. The access from the street is very difficult with a steep staircase and no lift, and likewise access down to the pool is not possible without using stairs again. Even our room, which was on the same floor as reception, required getting up a set of 6-8 stairs in a split-level arrangement - 2 of our group of four travellers were impacted by this, and we didn't realise until we arrived. "

"I lucked out coming here when my flight was canceled. Staff was great. All very helpful and accommodating. They were booked the following night but held my luggage and encouraged me to enjoy the facilities after I checked out. Nice pool, restaurant and very walkable. Near the mall and across from the beach. There was some construction on the property as they were remodeling, but it was not intrucive or noisy, just visible in one area. Highly recommend. Wish I could have finished my stay there."
