"Excellent location. Good amenities all around. Only negative was the pizzas we ordered for room sevice. They were rubbish and overcooked and over priced. Otherwise, cant fault the hotel for a long weekend stay. "

"It is a little further out from the city, but there is a tram stop not even a 10 minute walk away. The staff were brilliant, so attentive and I can’t express how amazing your servers / kitchen team are - always have a smile on their faces, the little “morning, how are you today” really does go a long way :)) The hotel itself is stunning, it has a gym and the rooms / bathrooms are fantastic. 100% would recommend and booking again. "

"Friendly concierge who upgraded us when we checked in and provided good info regarding the city. Room very spacious and loved the rituals bathroom products. Parking garage across the street was great for a low profile car if you find a spot on the ground floor which we did."

"This was our first time in Luxembourg and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. The centre was walkable in 15 minutes and the neighbourhood was quiet, safe and friendly. The park behind the hotel was an amazing bonus."

"Hotel offers pretty good accommodation and restaurant. The 4G/5G coverage in the area is terrible, however. The Hotel’s WiFi isn’t much better either. Also during my stay the Google Maps still only showed the hotel’s location at the main road Route de Virton, instead of the true location off the property at the estate."

"Room was comfortable. However, floorboards creaked with every step. Bed also very noisy with every movement. On-site parking is very limited. App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards. Hotel desk clerk did not appear very happy to assist guests, or maybe just us. Breakfast was very good. "

A lovely weekend away!

"It is a little further out from the city, but there is a tram stop not even a 10 minute walk away. "After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"
