"Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. Arriving to the room, the view out the sliding window was breathtaking; direct view of ocean waves crashing; it was phenomenal. The room itself looked to be a timeshare that was converted into a vacation villa. Furniture was a bit outdated...

"From start to finish our stay at the Lodge was the perfect family vacation! Nyleen was amazing as our concierge. So helpful and responsive. The Lodge was immaculate. The grounds so lush and well maintained. The restaurants served delicious food with local twists. The pool was our perfect end of the day spot- never wanted to leave! The bathroom door doesnt really shut easily and we couldn't access the washer and dryer because the door garage keypad didnt have up or down arrows like the instructions stated. We did find one cockriach under the kitchen sink but i think thats pretty common for the area. "
