Recommendation was made for a restaurant: Roam West, which is just up the road. Don’t look anywhere else for dinner. I had the best steamed mussels of anywhere I’ve eaten and my wife had an incredible fish and chips. This house is wonderful, just a short drive from Fort Mason"

"Hillview is an excellent guest house along the road leading to Fort William. The room was fine and recently decorated. It is modern and very clean. The bathroom has every thing you need and it is clean and fresh. You can park your car right outside the house, The views over Loch Linnhe are magnificent. It is very easy to drive to Fort William (about 4 minutes) Breakfast is vey nice (not a fry up which was most welcome!) The owners are very friendly and helpful."

"We can’t say enough about our stay here. The owners were two of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like we were friends who had come for a visit after not seeing each other for many years. Food was great! The room was sweet and comfortable. We loved our stay and will plan on returning when we’re next ‘across the pond.’ When we were leaving, the owner came hurrying out to wave goodbye to us as we were pulling out of the driveway. The room was big, as was the onsuite, and there were great touches e.g. a cafetiere with coffee, supplied free, each morning. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked abd yummy.
