"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). "We had a bit of hard time to find our keys as we got there and nobody was at the reception desk. They don't speak English but we managed with google translate. Room was super nice and clean and is a 5 min drive to Treviso airport. We also find dining that was amazing, so overall a good experience."
