No body lotion, no bath mat, and what toiletteries that were provided were in individual small bottles, which is a huge waste. "It was a nice cozy hotel with friendly people at reception/restaurant. A couple of issues: Parking was tricky to find as there was signage. There was no shower or bath tub in the room. Only a shower nozzle on the wall beside the sink."

"Hotel is in the city centre where there are restrictions on driving. Took a while to find the hotel but once there the receptionist(s) were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely large room and a lovely meal in their restaurant/bar."

"We stayed at one of the apartments for 4 nights. The apartment is spacious and clean. It was listed as having cleaning service everyday but we got only towel change one day, a quick vacuum the second day and a bit more cleaning the third day. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The bathroom can use a bit of renovation and deeper cleaning. The staff are nice and helpful. Checkin was simple and easy using the codes provided. And Lone, in the reception was very friendly and accommodating. Each morning we walked over and grabbed our breakfast box and coffee from the hotel lobby and brought them back to our apartment as it was a bit cozier there. Breakfast area in lobby was clean and simple and they had dishes, utensils, coffee and tea available 24/7. While it was out of season, we enjoyed every minute and would recommend the apartments the hotel offers especially for families or multiple couples. We will be back. "
