"I booked it for my in-laws for 2 days here and my in-laws went there was no parking space and could not find parking at anywhere close to the property at 11:30 pm night and they were asked to park on the main road. We requested to cancel the booking as we can not park but it was not allowed as it seems parking availability is mentioned in the hotel description which is very hard to notice. We have not been paid any refund for the 2 days booking here."

"This hotel look beautiful on the pictures shown on the website, but when we get there I was able to see the corridor was not in a good condtion. I was able to see room with cockroach. I booked for executive room, but I doubt i was staying in executive room. I paid online, but receptionist have no clue that I already paid.
