"The breakfast wasn't great, especially the coffee, which was burnt. The hotel isn't heated, so you have to ask for a portable heater, but I think adding an electric heater to each room should work. Other than that, it was an amazing stay, great comfortable bed, in a striking décor and architecture. The staff were lovely!"

"Very well treated on arrival - one of us was recovering from surgery and not feeling great - we were treated with kindness and given a better room. The downside was the restaurant - slow service for dinner early in the evening and very poor quality hot food on the buffet at breakfast. Having said that we'll probably stay there again as the hotel is handy for city centre venues and usually has parking available."

Lift wasn't working so that was difficult as person I was with has mobility problems. Apart from that, a good stay. Breakfast good. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Harvester next door which was handy. "

There was some cobwebs in bathroom and on first night accidentally spilt some tea on duvet but this was not changed when room was serviced next morning. But would stay there again the food was very nice and the pool was lovely. Although the building could do with some maintenance. We stayed two nights and had a very pleasant stay. "
