"Staff was professional, friendly, housekeeper was magic. Never saw them, our room was always cleaned perfectly and lighning fast. Bed and pillows were comfortable, a/c worked perfectly, shower had great water pressure and hot water, Dove shampoo and bathsoaps were great and a very nice touch. Excellent having cold fridge in the room and 2 waters daily was great. Hotel location was great right in central kl and walking to almost all. Hotel overall needs a little tlc and updating. "Great place to stay. Petronos towers is like 10 minutes walk. Friendly staff. "

"the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag."

"My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."

"I highly recommend Alia Premier Hotel . Everything about my stay , the room was nice, clean , quiet and staff are the friendly and very helpful. The hydrotherapy pool is so relaxing . This hotel is 1 block away and across the street from the beautiful Petrona Towers, location is spectacular. Restaurants and food vendors close by including the evening street vendors at the Kambung Baru ( LRT station) "

"For out of town visitors, parking should be highlighted for direction - especially as it is a circuitous road and closure of one entrance must be informed. "

"Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7 Clean rooms Great Air Conditioning Room was a bit on the small side, but managable. No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower. Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room. Will stay again when we are next in the area."
