The mezzanine bedroom is accessed by a ladder so not really suited to younger children but we fit a family of 5 with older kids fine and it was good to have a kitchen. Communication was challenging - no response to multiple messages and ended up just having to bang on the door and hope someone was there to let us in. "

Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable. We will not hesitate to visit again. "The room size specified on the website was 20 square meters. What we got was a lot smaller. No place to open my big suit case. The mattress felt like a futon (hard). My back was sore in the morning. The pillows were old and felt like hard rocks. No extra blankets provided, the comforters were thin and it got chilly at night. No heating. The shower did not have a door and flooded the tiny bathroom. You could basically use the toilet and the shower at the same time, so close was the proximity....
