"Hotel does not offer meals unless purchased by package. If you don’t buy the package be prepared to spend up to 42 - 45000 COP for one individual meal. Overpriced for the hotel that it is. It’s next to the beach and stores and the staff is friendly. "

"Everybody in the property are very nice,the place is very clean Catalina was super nice the only problem I had is the Cameras outside the hotel i forget my phone inside the taxi and they never get the license plate in the video to get my phone back, and the driver never return my phone is the only problem that i had,"

"A pousada é bem centralizada, perto de tudo. O pessoal da recepção e do café da manhã são muito prestativos. Achamos o quarto 106 muito pequeno. O banheiro é escuro, e não tem espelho para se ver de corpo inteiro. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem a possibilidade de pedir ovos e omeletes através do cardápio oferecido."

"The hotel is actually on the second floor behind the doors, so the initial steps after the long day were not a welcome sight. Check in was smooth, but the internet was not working in our room, which apparently is ok. Had to spend time convincing staff to fix the issue, so they connected us to the admin network. Breakfast had options, the food was just ok. Booked the location thinking there would be a nice waterfront, which unfortunately is a marina, but the area is walkable and feels safe. "

"It was cozy and warm, just like the pictures. The breakfast was like a homemade breakfast. I’m the lobby there is a Juan Valdez café where you can eat a Colombian snack with a delicious coffee and you can buy their products. If you go out, by walking around you will see the Getsemaní’s colorful streets. I would go back for sure to visit it again. "

"Rooms are very small, but have a bathroom, a TV, and a ductless air conditioner. Room is clean. Common area lighting is turned off after hours or kept to a minimum. Pool is located rooftop and is tiny. Hotel has character and has 24hr front desk. In the heart of Getsemani, walking distance from everything."

"The room is super nice and the personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area around the hotel, The view from the rooftop it's incredible and it's very well located, for those who don't speak English they have English speakers in the lobby, I highly recommend this place, there's no need to rent a car cuz you have access to the best parts of the city, they are all within walking distance."

"Me gustó mucho el servicio al cliente tanto de la recuperación como la cocinera . Todos fueron súper amables y serviciales. Muy buena actitud y presentación. Lo único malo es que si está retirado para ir al centro pero para todo hay solución UBER. Gracias por sus atenciones."
