"Comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff. The shower needs some maintenance - I noticed it had leaked onto the floor to the left of the shower screen. Also the shower was leak below the spray head."

"Our budget room was small but clean. We were in the annex over the road and concerns about noise were not founded as we did not return until after midnight. The staff were friendly and helpful. As stated there is limited parking behind the hotel but we were able to park on arrival so all good. "

"reception staff always friendly, rooms are as you would expect for a budget hotel, clean but on the verge of getting a little tired in some areas. i have stayed here numerous times and never had a bad stay. breakfast is OK. would and am staying again. "

"Overall the hotel was good. Very dated but room itself was spotless. Lovely shower. Room window not as secure as should be so noise from A1 a bit distracting. Felt every spring in the mattress. "

"Hotel was perfect only one issue the use of plastic glasses I understand it’s a football match and safety is paramount But 3 hours after and as a guest in the hotel I was served a glass of not cheap wine in a plastic pint glass I did ask a reception and was told I couldn’t have one have you ever drunk red wine out of plastic pint glass not good hence I left it"

"The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, can’t do enough for you in fact. The hotel is convenient for buses the train station and walking to the city centre. Rooms are on the smallish side but good value and the bedding and towels almost sparkle they are so white. The complimentary breakfast is not the best breakfast you’re ever going to have but is fresh and plentiful. Overall a great place to stay, made amazing by its staff. "

"My stay was very pleasant, the reception woman working on Friday was very nice that booked us in. Also the the woman doing the breakfast was very nice and breakfast was really good. Also the other reception working was also nice, only negative thing is a man giving the receptionist a terrible time. swearing at her she did nothing wrong to the man, she was nice to him. Nobody should come to the work to get abused. "

"Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I hadn't realised it was motel style but with a dog having your car outside the door was pretty helpful! Breakfast was good and the dog got a sausage too 😄"
