"Good location central to everything in the heart of capital tunis,was perfect for exploring the city ,the shops, medina ,sidi bou Saïd, carthage,....,the rooms were sapacious providing a cosy and adequate spaces for relaxation and clean and comfortable bed,.the amazing staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious. It was a comfortable and very quiet the hotel rima delivered a good value ,i would consider staying here again in the future. Guest room number 23 .thanks "

"The worse hotel we have ever had, first room that we were given was so filthy so we had to change with slightly better one . We booked half board but they don’t have proper kitchen so you don’t get no lunch or dinner and breakfast you have to eat whatever they give you in a tray that is glass of juice, milk and a muffin. There was maintenance work going on and it’s so noisy. All in all very poor won’t recommend to anyone."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "
