"Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place. "

"It is a very small hotel in a very quiet small town. We didn't feel very impressed when we first saw the hotel. After we checked in and went to our onsen, it was so amazing and then our fantastic dinner. It was Wows!!! Everything was so perfect, relaxing and so peaceful. We also felt in love with the town. "長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。 エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。"
