"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. "Tommy and Lily are great hosts who provide a lovely place to stay in Tam Coc which is down a small street off the main road which means it is quieter but still 2 minutes from restaurants etc. Breakfast is freshly cooked which is nice. Try the banana pancake. Tommy and Lily arranged cars to take us different places which saved us a lot of time and he also made recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to go. Overall we would recommend 100%"

We cannot set the temperature in our room. We called reception few time throughout the night to set the temperature cooler and they cannot do it. We couldn’t sleep the whole night as the room was warm and sticky. Lucky it winter can’t imagine how hot it will be in summer "
