"The people were all very friendly and the room was good and quite clean. The kitchen on the 1st floor, however, was pretty gross and could use with some attention. Nice that they have parking, although it is quite limited. There’s a couple of working lifts and a nice view from the 7th floor. Very close to Pettah Market and only about a 20 minute walk to the Dutch hospital. "

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"The room I got in very poor condition, it was my second time in this hotel. Very unstable WIFI system, bathroom is dirty, water in the toilet didn't work, curtain dirty, bed sheets & pillow cases not up to standard. Although staff is ok, friendly. I should say, breakfast is ok to Sri Lankan standard, no fruits was available. On my last day breakfast, I got little bit of fruits. I don't recommend this hotel to any one for their stay "

"We are very happy about our stay: the house is in a calm area but not too far from the main road ; Suresh has been a great host and very helpful to plan the rest of our trip. We asked for a typical local breakfast, which was very good and we enjoyed Suresh's explanations on the different dishes. Definitely recommended!"
