Hotel is clean and convenient most important the hotel is big, super near metro station (Mong Kok East station) cut thru the mall and 10-15 mins walk to Mong Kok station. Nice food everywhere. Will book the hotel again! Cut thru the mall to morning market/nightmarket! Highly recommended. Kids friendly too!"

I encountered big group tourists, at ground floor, elevators, those were occupied with them. This hotel seems to engage with CH travel agency. if you would like to avoid "big group", better not staying this hotel group."

"Mr Simon the customer service is excellent I was waiting in the lobby waiting for my 3:00 pm check in around 12:15 pm , Mr Simon saw I am tired and approached me and told me as soon as the room is clean he will let me in the room right away and Mr Simon personally bring my baggage with me and show my room and give me a lots of info about the area for shopping eating and when we check out instead of two taxi for four people and a lots of baggage he arrange a big taxi to accommodate four of us...

" at 1507 Room 6 water spills on the floor when you take a bath.. but other than that Ms. NG is so nice and accomodating .. we arrived at the place at 2:30AM because a lot of people is in HKIA Immigration.
