"Picked tu is hotel for an overnight stay since it was near the airport, its located in a not so great neighbourhood but they have security at the gate so you should feel safe inside at least until certain time of the early morning when the security leaves Anyway, nothing special about the room or service. This was an average hotel with an average service. The room felt very agy and desperately asks for some Renos"

"Stayed for 7 nights. We live in US, but grew up in Chembur. Excellent value for money. Loved the choices for Morning Breakfast and the staff. We also used the Laundry and booking taxi for airport facilities. The staff and service is really great. Bathroom was clean, roomy and nice, only complain the toilet flush handle could use repair work. Highly recommend overall."

"We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the location is great. CSMT station is 10 mins stroll away and there are some good places to eat and see a short distance away. Would describe the rooms as well used but comfortable - works for a night or two. "

"Modern hotel, but nothing attractive about the area. The service in the bar and restaurant was poor. Very slow and disorganised. Breakfast food offer limited. In the bar, nearly all the tables were reserved, but there was never anybody in there! Music in the public areas far too loud, and it wasn’t relevant to the few people who were there. "
