"We stayed in the Polaris cottage. It was clean and basic. It had an adequate kitchen equipped with dishes/utensils for two, a small cooktop, refidgerator, microwave, toaster, etc. This was as expected. However, there was no closet, nor clothes hangers. There were 4 coat hooks on the wall near the sliding entry door. The cottage was dated, but clean, and worked for us. We found it odd that there was no "service" offered while we were there for three days, though. The location was excellent....

"We absolutely loved this little house! We could see Lake Tekapo from the front porch and we grilled out and had dinner outside there one night. The place is super comfy clean and perfectly appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. A short walk or drive into town brought you to shops a grocery and restaurants. The location was great and quiet and safe. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
