"I know it is a cheap hotel, but I found the lack of hospitality very disappointing nonetheless. When arriving I was directed to a self-service machine - "next customer, please use the machine on the left" - and that was it. No welcome, no general info, nothing. Everything else was what you'd expect from a cheap business hotel. It works fine for the one night, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other options (and there are several hotels in the area)."

"Friendly and professional check-in staff. Some staff used a translator which worked great. The “onsen” hot springs is the reason why a Dormy Inn is always a good choice. (Usually open from 15:00~10:00 next morning - so anytime at night) Yes rooms are small - on par with most business hotels - but the sauna and hot spring options are worth it. Free ice cream afterwards. (Yoghurt drink in the morning) a bowl of ramen for an evening snack. "

"The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently.
