"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."

"Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. "

"Me and my family had a great stay in Sunway Lost World Hotel last week. Hotel is nice with great hospitality and it's convenient for us to drive down the town for food. My kid and wife had a wonderful time soaking in the hot spring spa. Will come back again for sure. "

"A decent hotel. Rooms and bathroom were generous size however safe was non functional and couldn’t be fixed. although they offered to leave one on the floor for us this was not satisfactory. Grout in shower requires bleach but otherwise clean. One towel and one doona cover had a rip/hole so some upgrading is required. Overall quite adequate and centrally located and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Great instagrammable interior deco. Very large bathroom and bedroom. Nice environment with the giant aeon mall just within a stone’s throw away. A nice salon is also just opposite. A value for money Japanese izakaya is the main restaurant that serves fresh sashimi and good quality fare"

Hotel is newly refurbished, and the rooms are clean and tidy, modern looking, and cozy with a great view overlooking Ipoh city and the Kinta river. The sheets and pillows were spotless, the bathroom was clean and well stocked with basic toiletries, however, the room does not have a mini fridge. Check-in and out was a breeze, and the staff and receptionist were incredibly courteous and friendly. All in all, a perfect hotel for a quick getaway in Ipoh with easy access, comfortable rooms, and perfect location."
