"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. "The host Irene was amazing . She made my kids felt welcomed , even gave them Christmas gifts. We loved the tranquility and the nature like feeling around the resort. If there’s some improvement needed it will be the breakfast spread , it wasn’t the best and fresh options given .
