"The staff everywhere, from the security guard outside the building, to the front desk, to the bell guy, to the bartenders were just outstanding. Made you feel welcome and are very helpful getting cabs and dinner reservations. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Great value for money. Clean, spacious enough for a short stay. Breakfast was good, decent variety for a continental breakfast. Service was outstanding both at check in and check out. We were worried about the area from other reviews but actually found it quiet and relatively safe, even returning to the hotel from bars after midnight, though you obviously have to keep your wits about you. "This hotel was the one recommended by the organisers of the World Alliance for Arts Education Summit, October 17-19, 2024. The location worked for the conference. There was a convenient nearby Metro. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were filling and consistent. The on site cafe provided excellent food and service. The area surrounding had a variety of possibilities for food. The Martini Bakery was an excellent find. Overall I was satisfied with this option. "

"It was very comfortable, and the staff were hospitable. Since it was our anniversary trip, they had champagne and chocolate waiting for us! The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. All in all we had a lovely stay, and would certainly stay there again!"

"I recommend this hotel for budget travellers. The hotel is basic but it is clean, close to metro station, safe neighborhood, friendly staff, close to eateries and the free breakfast has so many selection. I would stay here again in case I come back to Athens."

"Nice clean minimalist room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Smart clean lobby and helpful reception staff. Obtaining taxi can take time and hotel is located in a back street but just a short distance from town centre, metro and bus stops. Overall good! "

Location, location, location

"If you arrive by the#3 blue line from the airport @40-45 minutes (9 Euro one way) or the green line from the port @17 minutes (1.2 euro one way), it takes 5 minutes or less from Metro to reach the hotel on foot. Come out of the Metro and look up and you have a big surprise. Turn left and the hotel is a short walk on the left side of the street. If you turn right out of the Metro you are a few steps to Monastiratki square. The room is a little dated and worn, but VERY clean and has everything you need. Nice Greek breakfast, felt safe and staff spoke English and were very professional. They went above and beyond for us during our stay. In this case the saying, " you get what you pay for" is not true. We definitely received much more. "
