"This is an excellent place to stay in Bol, on a quiet side street in the historic area, a short walk to the waterfront restaurants and shops. There are a few sterile modern “resort” hotels in Bol, but staying with Ivana and Ivan in part of their stone family home is far superior. Our rooms were up steps and included a full kitchen, private covered patio, and garden. Bol is a delightful mix of local activity (fishing, wine and olive oil making, historic sites, small grocery stores, friends...

"Location is the best, a little bit away from the center with a nice promenade to it. The rooms are rather small, good balcony (with plastic chairs unfortunately). Very good breakfast and kind staff. Valet parking expensive."

"Great location, very quiet and peacefull, ideal for families with kids. The water is amazing. The staff from both hotel and restaurant is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We stayed on the ground floor and we were steps away from the see. Absolutly stunning views. Thinking of returning next year!"

"Cute apartment with a beautiful view off the balcony. Walking distance from Makarska Beach with lots of restaurant options. Was difficult to find apartment originally as it is not very well marked and the gps took us to a slightly different location. But luckily locals are friendly! Overall very cute accommodation! "

"Almost new. Clean, comfortable and well presented. Comfortable bed. However, our host Marija was outstanding in the assistance that she gave us. There are lots of stairs to access the property and she carried our heavy bags both up and down. She also arranged a home delivery meal for us as we were both tired from our travels. "

Det er meget kuperet og du skal ud på grus vej , så svært med kuffert at komme der til . Savner værts rolle fra ejer . "It was a nice stay at Villa Vallum. The place was clean and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine that helped us save money on food instead of dining outside. It was a very easy check in and they have a private parking lot couple of meters up from the building. However, There are no elevators so in case you have big luggage, be prepared. I think the value of it is perfect for us friends. We had no problems during our stay and the host was super nice. I don’t know how the place...

"The apartment has a balcony which, provides an enticing view of the beach. The apartment is very clean and modern. The Wifi connection was fantastic. This apartment is not far from Makarska Bus Station (15 minute walk, depending on pace). However if, you have access to a scooter getting around from this apartment location is extremely, easy. There is a useful kitchenette which would benefit from a mini oven however, access to various restaurants around Makarska and on the Makarska Riviera is...

"Very nice and helpful owners. The apartments a very clean and big. The location is nice, you are close to the ocean, to the city centre you have to walk 10 - 20 min, but the walk can be enjoyable in the evening. As makarska has parking problems, it is great that they have a garage, which you can for an extra charge. I would fully recommend the apartments and also come again."
